Mr. Bonds, a licensed Architect in California, has more than 35 years experience in land acquisitions, entitlements, land planning, and architectural design.

Additional areas of expertise include cost estimating, construction documents, and construction supervision of residential and commercial projects.  Dennis has a diverse background in various project types  in addition to his roles of Project Architect and Principal. Dennis is an authority on all aspects of project planning, contract agreements, construction documents and construction administration.

Mr. Bonds is also registered architect in the state of Nevada and Arizona.
