President/Managing Principal

30+  years of experience in Architecture as a Designer, Studio Manager & Master Planner.  Chris worked as upper management of National firms such as MBH Architects, Leo A Daly Architects, IBI Group, on the owner’s side at RED Development and with Target Corporation.

For the past 10 years he has been associated with Coonan & Bonds Architects, and is now the Managing Principal of the firm, after returning from living in China for 7 years. Chris also owned a chain of restaurants & bars in China, which he self-developed while working on large design project in China. .
